SUPRAMIG Ultra HD welding wire is a solid wire type ER70S-6 / G46 3 C1 4Si1 / G50 5 M21 4Si1, designed for both automatic and semi-automatic welding. It ensures excellent weldability and uniform material delivery, along with easily removable silicate areas. A stable and focused arc, coupled with a low spatter level, ensures high efficiency and smooth, regular weld appearance. The main applications of this wire include welding steel structures, heavy industry production, infrastructure construction, automotive industry, and robotics. When using SUPRAMIG Ultra HD wire as a shielding gas, a gas mixture of Ar+ in the range of 15% to 25% CO₂ or pure CO₂ can be applied as an active gas.
