Lincoln SuperGlaze TIG 4043 steel rods are ideal for welding cast and forged aluminum alloys. The rods type is R4043 / S Al 4043A (AlSi5). They are recommended for welding alloys 5052 and 6XXX. Clear marking on each rod allows for easy identification. The most important applications of SuperGlaze TIG 4043 rods include bicycle frames and the production of boilers and tanks. Welding takes place in a shield of inert gas Ar (100%) or a mixture of argon and helium. The flow is 14.2-23.6 l/min.
