Lincoln Conarc 49C welding electrodes are impact-resistant down to -40°C and offer good CTOD values at -10°C. They are ideal for offshore applications, especially where nickel cannot be used in the chemical composition. The yield of weld metal is from 100% to 120%. They can be welded in all positions, except from top to bottom, with AC/DC (+/-) current. Each package weighs 5.2 kg and contains approximately 108 electrodes.
