3M Scotch-Britle EXL is a new generation of tools from a compacted non-woven abrasive deburring, grinding and polishing of metal if you want faster and cheaper to get the effect of what you meant.
It is a composite of nylon fibers and a resin and mineral abrasive compressed to form panels of different density that are used for grinding tools differ in form, hardness (degree of compression) and the abrasive grains.
