Powertec i320C Standard is a semi-automatic welder with excellent technical parameters. It has a maximum power of 320 A at a duty cycle of 40%. This compact inverter device is designed for welding using MIG/MAG and MMA methods. Unlike the Advanced series, the Standard version of the device has two LED displays and knobs and adjustment buttons that facilitate access to parameters and operation of the device. The welder is intuitive and very easy to use, so it does not require long training in operation.

The Powertec i320c features a metal construction that ensures high durability, making it ideal for use in the most demanding conditions such as rain, dust, and extreme environmental factors. The electronic modules are protected with resin, which provides exceptional durability confirmed by True Heavy Duty testing. The manufacturer has prioritized practicality in the design of the device. The welder includes a convenient tool shelf and a designated area for the welding torch, helping to keep the workspace organized. A notable convenience is the very low-mounted gas bottle holder, which allows for easy loading of the cylinder. The Powertec i320c is produced in Poland.

Specialists at Lincoln Electric have implemented an innovative solution with the wire feeder positioned at a 45-degree angle. This design eliminates the risk of wire kinking and contributes to a more stable arc. The feeder includes four drive rolls that ensure proper wire guidance and prevent slippage. This results in smooth material transfer and minimizes spatter.

The Powertec i320c Standard allows for welding with coated electrodes (MMA) and includes the following functions: Inductance (Arc Dynamics), Hot Start, Arc Force (Arc Intensity).

The Powertec brand device is a type of MIG/MAG welder that allows for welding with self-shielded wire and flux-cored wire in CO2 shielding and gas mixture. Available process optimization functions are: 2-tact, 4-tact, spot welding, crater filling and hot start. The following parameters are also available: arc dynamics, wire approach speed, arc length and gas pre- and post-flow.
