The TIG DC inverter welder SERVITIG 200 HF is a device from the Servitech brand, designed for MMA and TIG DC welding methods. It allows operation with a maximum current of 160A at a 30% duty cycle for MMA mode and 200A at a 25% duty cycle for TIG DC welding. The machine is powered by a single-phase 230V supply and is equipped with 35-50 mm connectors. It also features a digital display that provides simple and intuitive control. The welder weighs only 17.5 kg, and its dimensions are 285mm × 120mm × 255mm.

The design of the TIG DC SERVITIG 200 HF model is based on IGBT transistors, which reduce electromagnetic interference and decrease power loss. This results in a significant increase in the machine's efficiency. Among the latest technological solutions applied in the welder is PWM technology, which ensures rapid operation of the device and increases the amount of electrical energy used during welding. The TIG DC SERVITIG 200 HF also allows for checking the gas lines' flow through the “gas test” option available in the menu. In MMA mode, the welder allows for arc ignition using high frequency HF, known as HF Start. This mode also supports welding with rutile and basic electrodes. The user has access to the Hot Start function, which significantly aids in arc ignition at the beginning of welding, and the Arc Force function, which allows for smooth adjustment of the arc power. Arc Force also prevents the electrode from sticking to the material due to excessive voltage drop and performs well in challenging positions requiring very short arcs.

The TIG DC SERVITIG 200 HF welder also enables TIG DC welding in the range of 5A-200A, offering the option of arc ignition through scratching TIG Lift or high frequency HF. With each of these ignition methods, the user can work in either 2-tact mode (2T HF / 2T Lift) or 4-tact mode (4T HF / 4T Lift). The device also supports pulsed welding (in both 2-tact and 4-tact modes), with pulse frequency adjustable from 1Hz to 100Hz. Additional features include the ability to set the hot start time, as well as pre-flow (PRE GAS) and post-flow (POST GAS) of the gas. The device also offers regulation of the rise time of the current (SLOPE UP), which pertains to the wire's free travel time, and the fall time of the current (SLOPE DOWN), which allows for a smooth fading of the welding arc at the end of welding.
