Lincoln SUPRAMIG HD is a solid welding wire ER70S-6 / G42 3 C1 3Si1 / G46 4 M21 3Si1 type designed for both automatic and semi-automatic welding. It ensures excellent weldability and consistent feeding. Areas containing silicates are easily removable. Stable and focused arc, along with a low spatter level, ensure high efficiency. The wire provides deep penetration and improved fatigue strength. The main applications of this wire include welding steel structures, heavy industry production, infrastructure construction, automotive industry, and robotics. When using SUPRAMIG HD wire as a shielding gas, a gas mixture of Ar+ in the range of 15% to 25% CO2 or pure CO2 can be applied as an active gas.
