Welding wire Lincoln LNM 304LSi - Ø1.0mm
Lincoln LNM 304LSi is a solid wire welding with very low carbon content, type ER308LSi / G 19 9 LSi, designed for welding CrNi stainless steel LNM 304LSi. Thanks to the very low carbon content in the alloy, the risk of intergranular corrosion is reduced, eliminating the need for additional alloying elements to stabilize the metal structure. The increased silicon content ensures smooth weld pool fluidity and wettability, resulting in smooth weld beads with a regular shape. This also translates into improved weldability and appearance of the weld. The main applications of LNM 304LSi wire include welding pipes, manufacturing steel sheets, tanks, and hardfacing. When using ULTRAMAG wire, it is possible to use a shielding gas mixture of Ar+ >0.5-5% CO2 or Ar+ >0.5%-3% O2.
