WEICON Anti-Spatter Spray Ceramic is a high-quality anti-adhesive and lubricating agent designed for operation in extreme pressure and temperature conditions. It is a ceramic protective coating intended for MIG/MAG welding processes, creating a dry layer to prevent welding spatter adhesion. It protects welding torch tips and gas nozzles, minimizing downtime and interruptions in production related to cleaning welding equipment. The product is silicone-free. The ceramic spray protects welding robot heads, welding torch tips, gas nozzles, and other sensitive components such as equipment, cables, or sensors from welding spatter adhesion. It can also be applied in plasma and laser cutting, hard soldering, aluminum extrusion, foundry industry, powder metallurgy, glass industry, and in the construction of high-temperature furnaces.
