Basic flux cored wire Lincoln Outershield T55-H Ø1.2mm

Lincoln Outershield T55-H is a basic flux cored wire, type E71T-1M-J / E71T-1C-H4 / T 46 3 P M 1 H5 / T 42 0 P C 1 H5, designed for M21 mixed gas welding using DC+ current. Suitable for welding in most welding positions (except vertical top down). Outershield T55-H is characterized by good weldability, also in the vertical position from bottom to top (3G). It has unique mechanical properties, such as impact strength ISO-V > 47 J down to -50 ºC. The welding process can be carried out in the shield of an Ar+ gas mixture (>15-25%) CO₂ or in pure active CO₂ gas. The recommended gas flow is 15 to 25 liters per minute.
