Lincoln Outershield 81Ni1-H is the best-in-class flux-cored wire designed for welding in forced positions (except vertical top-down). The wire type is E81T1-K3M-JH4 / T 69 4 Z P M 2 H5.It is characterized by excellent uniformity, repeatability and optimal chemical composition. It has very good impact strength down to -50°C. It ensures ease of welding and comfort of work. It is ideal for welding wind towers, petrochemical installations and construction. Lincoln Outershield 81Ni1-H can be used in applications requiring a good CTOD value. The wire meets the requirements of the NACE MR-0175 standard. Welding is performed with DC+ current in the shield of an Ar+ gas mixture (>15-25%) CO2. The flow is 15-25 l/min.
