Lincoln Electric TIG DC Invertec 275 TP

The Invertec 275 TP is a next-generation inverter TIG power source. By enhancing the productivity of welding processes, it has significantly increased welding efficiency. The state-of-the-art, energy-efficient inverter technology, with its unique construction, ensures operation in the most demanding environmental conditions. To maximize welding performance, the device uses a digital communication system as well as built-in tools like USB, which allows for the most precise tracking and monitoring of welding processes. The machine is built with an IP23 protection class, and its True Heavy Duty construction guarantees robust protection of the welding circuits and extends the equipment's lifespan. The dimensions of the device are 360 x 230 x 498 mm, and it weighs 16 kg.

The Invertec 275 TP welding system consists of: a 27-A@40% power source, Cool Arc 27 – a lightweight and compact cooler with increased cooling efficiency and the CART 24 – a solid, 2-wheel metal cart, ensuring excellent mobility and moving the device in the most difficult working environments.

The device allows welding using TIG methods in both manual and synergic modes, as well as MMA in both manual and synergic modes. It is used for welding non-alloyed, stainless, and low-alloy steels. It finds applications in general production, heavy industry, steel structures, transportation, chemical industry, service and repairs, shipbuilding, marine constructions, and pipelines.

CART 24

An extremely practical welding cart that facilitates the daily work of the welder and stores welding accessories. The cart has: a hanger for the welding helmet, a place for the welding torch, a container for electrodes, a holder for the remote control pedal and a hanger for the combined cable that allows you to keep order after work and during transport of the device, especially in the case of long cables. It also has a lowered shelf for gas cylinders. Thanks to its vertical construction, it saves space.

USB PORT

Allows for data collection, which helps in making informed decisions. With this function, the following are possible:

- System updates and diagnostics

- Transferring parameters between devices

- Collecting basic data on USB such as: start time, average current, average voltage, arc time, welding mode/task number, task name

- Monitoring weld quality data (data on TFT screen or CSV file transfer)

CONTROL PANEL

The device is equipped with an innovative and intuitive control panel. It features two buttons and one knob that facilitate navigation. Thanks to graphic icons representing main commands, selecting processes and settings is extremely easy and accessible. The panel includes functions for locking, setting limits, memory, and saving work parameters. The menu is available in multiple languages: English, German, French, Polish, Finnish, Spanish, Italian, Russian, Dutch, Romanian, Norwegian, Swedish, Czech, Turkish, Portuguese.
