The Lincoln SUPRAMIG HD welding wire is a solid wire ER70S-6 / G42 3 C1 3Si1 / G46 4 M21 3Si1 type designed for both automatic and semi-automatic welding. It ensures excellent weldability as well as consistent feeding. The wire makes the removal of silicate areas easy.. Stable and focused arc, along with low spatter, ensure high efficiency. The wire provides deep penetration and improved fatigue strength. Its main applications include welding steel structures, heavy-duty production, infrastructure, automotive, and robotics. When working with SUPRAMIG HD wire, it is possible to use a shielding gas mixture of Ar+ >15-25% CO₂ or 100% CO₂ as an active gas.
