Welding wire Lincoln LNM 304LSi - Ø1.0mm

The welding wire Lincoln LNM 304LSi is a solid wire with very low carbon content, designed for welding stainless steel CrNi LNM 304LSi. It is of the ER308LSi / G 19 9 LSi wire type. Due to the very low carbon content in the alloy, the risk of intergranular corrosion is reduced, eliminating the need for alloying additives to stabilize the metal structure. The increased silicon content ensures fluidity of the weld pool and wettability, resulting in smooth weld bead with a regular shape. This also translates into better weldability and appearance of the weld. The main applications of the wire include welding pipes, manufacturing steel sheets, tanks, and overlay welding. During the operation of the LNM 304LSi wire, it is possible to use a shielding gas mixture of Ar+ >0.5-5% CO₂ or Ar+ >0.5%-3% O₂.
