Welding wire Lincoln LNM 316LSi - Ø1.0mm

The Lincoln LNM 316LSi welding wire is a solid wire with an elevated silicon content designed for welding CrNi stainless steel LNM 316LSi, type ER316LSi / G 19 12 3 LSi. The wire ensures smooth and regular weld bead shape as well as excellent fusion, especially for fillet welds. It exhibits high resistance to both pitting and crevice corrosion caused by reducing acids. The wire is used for welding steels operating at temperatures up to 400°C. Its main applications include welding pipes, manufacturing steel plates, tanks, and hardfacing. During welding with LNM 316LSi wire, it is recommended to use a shielding gas mixture containing argon ranging from 0.5% to 5% CO₂ or from 0.5% to 3% O₂.
