Welding wire Lincoln LNM 309LSi - Ø1.0mm

Lincoln LNM 309LSi welding wire has a composition of approximately 12%, which provides resistance to hot cracking. The type is ER309LSi / G 23 12 L Si. Thanks to the increased silicon content, the fluidity of the weld pool as well as wettability are improved, which ensures a smooth, regular-shaped weld face. The wire can also be used for welding clad steels, which operate at temperatures up to 300 ºC. The most important applications of wire include general manufacturing, transportation and the process industry. When welding with LNM 309LSi wire, it is recommended to use a gas mixture as a shielding gas that contains argon in an amount from 0.5% to 5% CO₂ or from 0.5% to 3% O₂.
