Welding wire Lincoln LNM 307 - Ø1.0mm

Lincoln LNM 307 welding wire has an increased silicon content, which improves the fluidity of the weld pool as well as its wettability, ensuring a smooth weld bead with a regular shape. The closest wire type is ER307 / G 18 8 Mn. It is used for welding difficult-to-weld steels. It can also be used to create a buffer layer in hardfacing. The main applications of this wire include hardfacing, exhaust systems, dissimilar metal joints, quenched and tempered steels. During welding with LNM 309LSi wire, it is recommended to use a gas mixture containing argon in the range of 0.5% to 5% CO₂ or 0.5% to 3% O₂ as a shielding gas.
