Lincoln Conarc 49C welding electrodes are characterized by impact resistance down to -40°C and good CTOD values at -10°C. They are ideal for offshore applications, especially where the chemical composition must be nickel-free. The yield of weld metal is from 100% to 120%. They can be welded in all positions, except top down, at AC/DC(+/-) current in the range of 120-160A. Each package weighs 2.0 kg and contains approximately 28 electrodes.
