Lincoln Conarc 49C welding electrodes are characterized by impact resistance down to -40°C and good CTOD values at -10°C. They are perfect for offshore applications, especially where the chemical composition cannot contain nickel. The yield of weld metal is from 100% to 120%. Welding can be performed in all positions (except top down), using AC/DC(+/-) current in the range of 55-80A. Each package, weighing 2.0 kg, contains approximately 110 electrodes.
