Lincoln Conarc 49C welding electrodes are impact-resistant down to -40°C and offer good CTOD values at -10°C. They are ideal for offshore applications, especially where the chemical composition cannot contain nickel. The yield of weld metal is from 100% to 120%. Welding can be performed in all positions, except top down, at AC/DC(+/-) current in the range of 120-140A. Each package weighs 4.0 kg and contains approximately 108 electrodes.
