Lincoln Conarc 49C welding electrodes are characterized by impact resistance down to -40°C and achieve good CTOD values at -10°C. They are ideal for offshore applications, especially where the chemical composition is required to be nickel-free. The yield of weld metal is from 100% to 120%. Welding can be performed in all positions except top down, using AC/DC(+/-) current in the range of 120-160A. Each package, weighing 4.3 kg, contains approximately 80 electrodes.
